Noovis, a fiber optics network integrator, asked us to revamp their website and help them with content marketing to better engage customers and industry partners, build brand awareness, and better communicate their expertise and experience. We were engaged to build a new website, establish an email marketing system and support an ongoing strategy for web, email and newswire content.
We worked with Noovis leaders to come up with an information architecture that would make sense to their target audience. This resulted in a sitemap that we then used to evaluate all of the content on their legacy website. We adapted legacy content for use on the new site where we could and wrote new copy to fill the gaps. After the new website was launched, we supported ongoing efforts to post new content that highlighted their successes and progress. This content was sent to hundreds of subscribers with the click of a mouse via an RSS-to-email bridge. We also referred Noovis to a fellow member of the Howard Tech Council for video production work.
Noovis has experienced a seven-fold increase in website traffic and their email marketing list has grown by 32 percent. Major accomplishments have been well documented in press releases and have spurred new, valuable relationships with equipment suppliers and other potential collaborators. We continue to work with Team Noovis on new initiatives for which they seek exposure. Ongoing website improvements and an online marketing strategy are fostering industry recognition and high confidence among customers and partners.
