GovRealm was a new DC-area venture launched by experienced procurement professionals focused on helping federal contractors navigate the procurement/bid process. Their main service offering was bid process (project) management. GovRealm sought our help as a result of a word-of-mouth referral from another Buzzquake client. They needed help with branding and business communications. Our engagement included conceiving and authoring a value proposition and building and launching a new website. We also edited content for use on the new site.
Prior to the website launching, we created a coming soon page and connected it to an email subscriber system to collect emails to help GovRealm expand its contact list. We worked with the team at GovRealm to position the company as an expert on federal contracting issues, including bid/no-bid decisions, bid management, 8(a) certification and pricing. We customized an off-the-shelf, responsive (mobile-friendly) theme to match their branding, showcase their services and present useful information about the company. The website includes a strong value proposition and an engaging conversion mechanism.
Team GovRealm reported that reactions from clients and prospects have been very positive. The site has been described as “very nice,” “cool” and “beautiful.” Web traffic is up significantly since launch and is steadily building. Brand awareness has grown as well. Shortly after launch, GovRealm landed two new clients who found the company through organic search. That’s how it’s supposed to work!
