The company’s marketing strategy was based largely on patient reviews on social media that highlighted customer and peer satisfaction, and video and written testimonials. Keyword research was done and content was optimized for search and user experience. The implementation included a patient portal, appointment request and other forms, and links to billing and a physician portal. Buzzquake conducted user testing to assure ease of navigation for patients and health care providers.
